Catalytic Leadership School
My first month staffing a school with Youth With A Mission has been nothing but AMAZING! The Catalyst Leadership school has 9 students that came into the school already amazing leaders. They are a hungry and passionate group of students who are zealous to see God move in every nation, tribe and tongue!
In our first month together we served at Brian Connelly's youth conference called Shout, 3 Unrestricted events in public high schools, and we challenged ourselves to a 43-hour prayer set! The students have been learning how to communicate clearly in preaching, writing messages, what prayer is, how to reach the young people, and how to partake in fasting.
Staffing this school has been so fun, I get to learn and grow in my leadership with my students ad they learn and grow. I've learned so much through my students and the classes!
They are already growing so much and being stretched in their leadership, I am so proud of them! I had the opportunity to send off this amazing crew with 3 staff members to Alabama, Florida, and Georgia for a Rally tour. They take what they learned in the first month and apply it in a ministry setting with preaching the gospel and calling young people to action with the great commission!
One thing I am learning in this BUSY season of staffing this school is how to Biblically rest and sabbath. As I've grown up in the United States and being a busy missionary, I realize that I've made rest to be the last priority. Yet, God makes rest and sabbath a priority. God's shown me that without sabbath, we tend to start running this race without Him. Doing ministry without Him. The whole point to Sabbath and rest isn't for us, it's to spend time with the One who created us and revealing that we can't do anything without Him.

At our last Unrestricted event we saw 2 healings!
One of my students, Faith, felt to pray for a young girl. She had a cast on her right leg and said from her knee to her foot, her leg was numb and she couldn't move it. Faith prayed for healing and immediately the girl takes off the cast and starts JUMPING with joy because God healed her! Faith went up stage to share this testimony. Which triggered FAITH in the room!
There was a high school boy who had a cast on his arm from playing baseball, he is a baseball player for the local team. He had broken his arm the w
eek prior and couldn't move his fingers. (I put a picture of his x-rays below.) He looked at his friends and asked them to pray for him... he started taking off the cast and wiggling his fingers! His arm completely healed. This was ALL student led.
The boy told me after that, "I was so nervous and supposed to get surgrey for it tomorrow morning and I wasn't going to be able to play baseball for another year. Now I can go to my appointment
and show them what God did!"
This is all the kids kept talking about the rest of the night!
This is what God is doing in Gen-z and Gen Alpha. HE'S PURSUING THEM and raising catalytic leaders who will tell the story of Jesus!
Prayer Requests🙌🏼
Pray that my 9 students will grow even more throughout the next 5 months and receive more leadership skills.
Pray for the young people in Lancaster county, that they would have a revelation of the Lord and preach the gospel with boldness to their friends!
Pray for me, as I discern and seek wisdom in my future ministry opportunities!
